&lt;P&gt;From what I understood, it sounds like you no longer have access to the email address linked to the Dropbox account, right?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have any old, connected devices that would help you see the files in the account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If I were you, I'd try to contact the email service provider and see if they can reactivate the address -even temporarily- so you can receive the security code.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I cannot receive the code to access my account even though my email and password are correct. &amp;nbsp;Every way I am blocked. I have spent hours trying to figure out a way to gain access. My account is treated as "Basic" even though I pay monthly, so I do not have access to support. The Sales chat box does not have access to accounts.&amp;nbsp; Endless loops.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Even on my credit card, the Dropbox phone number is “invalid.”&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
