    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue for over a year.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to use Google Drive in Dropbox.&amp;nbsp; Both accounts have the same Google account.&amp;nbsp; Funny, I even login using Google.&amp;nbsp; Then I go to link Google Drive and get a message to connect to the same account.&amp;nbsp; I hope there's a fix for this soon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have spent hours with Dropbox Text Support and keep getting the run around. I am trying to sync my gmail with dropbox and I keep getting this error message. I am using the same e-mail address as my primary and the one I am logging into. Google is even sending me a confirmation email that&amp;nbsp;Dropbox was granted access to your Google&amp;nbsp;Account. However there seems to be an error in the message. I even did this after clearing my cookies and cash. Is someone able to help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I know you mentioned clearing your cookies and cache, but have you tried another browser perhaps?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As for your support interaction, could you share your ticket ID so that we can look it up in our system?&lt;/P&gt;
