    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi folks--&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can sign in with my Dropbox free account, but I cannot sign in with the account that I pay for.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I use "forgot password" and then ... never receive any email notification despite checking all emails including spam folders.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are you sure you're using the correct email address for the paid account? Use the &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge" target="_blank"&gt;credit card charge lookup tool&lt;/A&gt; to verify the email address on the account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
