You can try contacting Support, but without access to the email account you may not be able to gain access to the Dropbox account. You need to maintain an active email address on your account so you can receive password resets and one-time security codes used during sign in.

To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox address, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

If you can still access the files, your best option will likely be to download the files to your computer, start a new Dropbox account with a valid email, and then upload the files to the new account.

How to access my Dropbox account with lost email?

Many years ago I set up a dropbox account as a backup for a small non-profit. The associated email was at comcast. The comcast account was deactivated a few years ago. I know need access to the dropbox account to move another linked computer. When I log in, it sends a verification code to the old email address which is no longer active. I got the account re-enabled at comcast, but their "new" policy on alternate accounts is that they can't do email. So I need to have dropbox stop sending the email verification code to the old address. I have access to the dropbox files via a shared folder, but I don't know if that helps. Help? Thanks
