      <title>No longer receive any emails from Dropbox on email address that contains 'dropbox'</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For years I have a free Dropbox account using an emailaddress hosted on my own domain that has the word 'dropbox' before the @. So the emailaddress is of the form "dropbox@mydomain.com".&amp;nbsp; Since somewhere around 2018 (I have now realized) I no longer receive any emails from Dropbox on this address. I have created other Dropbox accounts using other emailaddresses, and there I do receive emails. That's the reason I suspect that somehow the Dropbox server might think I have a 'weird' email address and ignore me.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The problem: I have forgotten my password and want to change it. I have a logged in Dropbox Windows installation that I can use to access the Settings page on the web portal, and there Dropbox asks me to Verify my emailaddress, but I receive nothing. Also not in spam. Also not when I add the Dropbox address to my contacts. When I choose to Reset password, I also don't receive any emails.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since I have a free account I don't have access to any of the 'human' support. Can anyone help me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wow, thanks, to my surprise this actually worked! I tried with MS Edge now (previously with Chrome), and now it works: both the email verification and also the resetting of the password. It even now also works in Chrome again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps my account was incorrectly flagged as 'spam' or something. In any case, many thanks, this has solved my problem!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
