&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For security reasons, you'd need access to it, so the only way to go on about it, is to do what Jay suggested, and re-create the email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The email address in the account is not longer active and I am unable to get the 2 factor ID code&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is important information in the google account and I don't know what to do, as there is no way I can contact dropbox about it&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you have set up 2FA then the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;only&lt;/STRONG&gt; way to disable that is to backup codes to gain access to the account. Without that your account is lost I'm afraid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If Dropbox was to send you a 2FA code, then it would most likely be sent as a text message to your mobile device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since this one’s being delivered to your email address instead, is there any chance that you’re referring to the &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/one-time-code" target="_blank"&gt;one-time security code&lt;/A&gt; instead?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Email is no longer activated and dropbox now requires me to enter an access code that will only be emailed to the closed email account.
