    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are trying to access Dropbox via our Company's IP Network at the office in Cyprus. Nevertheless, none of our laptops/PCs seem to be able to access Dropbox IP address. We have an account and are registered in Dropbox, but when we enter the IP address for Dropbox, the result presented is "Page Not Available" - troubleshooting on all our network laptops.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have currently accessed our account via another network as I am writing this comment. What are the reasons for which our IP Network seems to be blocked / not working for Dropbox? We have contacted our network providers and all point out to the fact that everything is normal and we should contact Dropbox.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you have a proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/security/official-domains" target="_blank"&gt;Dropbox domains&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend checking each one of these possibilities, are we're not currently experiencing issues with users accessing the site.&lt;/P&gt;
