    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an account for a company e-mail. It was only used for a short while. I know it exists, because whenever I try to sign up for an account using the e-mail, I get a message saying "welcome back". But when I try to log in with a password or try to have my password reset, it won't send anything to the e-mail in question [email removed as per &lt;A href="https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/About-the-Dropbox-Community/Community-Guidelines/td-p/325896" target="_blank"&gt;Community Guidelines&lt;/A&gt;]&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>I can't reset my password</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when i try to reset my password&amp;nbsp;by indicating the email address of my account, i got this message : Too many attempts. Please try again in a few minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And when i try to reset my password with the security settings of my account, i put my old one and a new one, but nothing happens when i click on modify.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No change unfortunately. No e-mail or anything. I still get sent to the "welcome back" page for logging in. Been checking my email. Tried sending password reset a couple of times, but didn't get any. I added the noreply dropbox email to my contacts too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
