&lt;P&gt;In general, if you've no access to your linked email address, and you don't know your password, there's not much that can be done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, is there any chance at all that your old email address could be reactivated? You can also attempt to reach out to your ESP, if you're not sure.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Finally, did you initially upgrade that Dropbox account via the App Store/Play Store, or was it on a direct Dropbox subscription?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Also, when you say your subscription, do you mean a paid Dropbox plan?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes it was a paid dropbox account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this happened because my computer died. when I got the new computer the I could no longer access my account. because&amp;nbsp; I had forgotten my password&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; ( which was automatically saved on my old computer) The email was a associated with the account is no longer active, so I couldn't reset the password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
