      <description>&lt;P&gt;For step 3 I find it especially useful to use tools such as WinDirStat (Windows), a free tool which gives a visual representation of the contents of a folder: I set it to scan the Dropbox folder and can see in a few instants which are the largest files, the largest clusters with the same type, and more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's definitely quicker than manually going through the folders and never quite finding the items you &lt;EM&gt;can&lt;/EM&gt; remove from syncing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
