      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sofri um ataque ransware e não consigo recuperar minha senha, pois o email não chega. Já tentei inumeras vezes, já add aos contatos o no-reply de vocês mas parece que expirou , e o dropbox não reconhece o email. mas o backup existe e está lá, preciso muito acessar. podem me ajudar por favor&lt;/P&gt;</description>
