      <title>PT-BR não recebo o email de recuperação de senha || EN-US i am not receiving password recovery email</title>

      <description>Olá a todos,&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Eu criei essa conta somente para poder acessar o suporte. Tenho uma outra conta, cujo email de cadastro é o&amp;nbsp; [removed per &lt;A href="https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/About-the-Dropbox-Community/Community-Guidelines/m-p/325896" target="_blank"&gt;the Community's Guidelines&lt;/A&gt;]&amp;nbsp;, e eu não consigo acessá-la (a conta do dropbox) de forma alguma, mas tenho acesso ao meu gmail normalmente. Já tentei o reenvio de senha diversas vezes, segui tutoriais da internet dizendo para verificar a caixa de spam, para adicionar o email &lt;A href="mailto:no-reply@dropbox.com" target="_blank"&gt;no-reply@dropbox.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;aos meus contatos, e já fiz tudo isso, etc. De nenhuma forma o email para recuperar a senha chega no meu gmail.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Gostaria de pedir uma grande ajuda, caso possam reenviar manualmente o link para definição de nova senha ao email de cadastro da minha conta principal.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Eu inclusive abri esse ticket (recebi no meu gmail a confirmação de que o ticket foi aberto), mas depois de aberto, parece que ele sumiu e eu não consigo acessar. I cannot access this primary dropbox account, but I do have access to my gmail. I tried asking the password recovery email but it never gets to my gmail. I even followed some internet tutorials and verified my spam and all other folders, added &lt;A href="mailto:no-reply@dropbox.com" target="_blank"&gt;no-reply@dropbox.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to my gmail contacts, and still nothing. No matter what I do, i never get the password recovery email into my gmail account.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I would kindly ask for help, could you please send a new password mannually to my gmail account? Or any other help that might sort out this issue?&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have also opened this ticket below but didnt get a response. Trying to access it today it ends up at support default page with no ticket info. I did receive an email confirming the ticket was opened, by the way.
