Welcome to Dropbox Community @egorkrushevskuy!
You can easily download multiple files selecting them online and clicking the option to "download" on your right. This process will zip the files!
You can also upload multiple files, as zip or as individual files.
Please note that Dropbox cannot convert zip files to normal files. You will need a third party application to do this on a device of yours.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions.
No, I use API. php
If one file when I use API:
$link = $dropbox->getLink();
How upload a few files when I use Api?
Thanks for clarifying that!

@egorkrushevskuy The Dropbox API doesn't offer a batch version of getTemporaryLink for getting multiple files with one API call, but I'll pass this along as a feature request. I can't promise if or when that might be implemented though.
That being the case, you'll need to call getTemporaryLink once per file.
