Slow response from /list_folder

Slow response from /list_folder

When calling /2/files/list_folder, whether its on the root or on an empty folder, the response takes about 7-8 seconds.  Requests to other storage providers aren't taking that long, i've done some tests to ensure my network connection is stable.  Is 7-8 seconds the expected response time for this api call, regardless of folder contents?

The plan-based limit shouldn't come in to play here. Any limiting like that would return explicit errors, not slowdowns.

That does sound unexpectedly long. There are a variety of factors that will affect this though, besides just the current contents of the specified folder. Have you tried this with different accounts?

Thanks for the reply Greg.  I tried another account (a personal account) and I'm not seeing the delay.  What account setting would cause the requests to be delayed like this?  The account that is getting the delay is an admin in a team account.  According to the plans, shouldn't both allow unlimited API access:
