Access to DB version does not reflect what I paid for

New member | Level 2

Hi All

when checking my subscription type it shows 'Basic' however my payment reflects the cost of the professional version. I did start with the Basic version but paid for an upgrade however it hasnt converted.

Any ideas how I rectify this before I contact DB directly?

Cheers

JB
