Hey there @dcolucia
Initially, please note that content from shared links don’t take up space on your account. When accessing folders or files through shared links, you’re indeed unable to upload to them, but you may be able to download
If you’ve manually downloaded files from the website, you should be able to find them depending on where the browser default option that is set as a saving location on your computer (for example, the “Downloads” folder).
Additionally, if you want to make space on your Dropbox account, you can do so by removing unwanted regular/personal content, or leave any shared folders that put you your storage limit. You can also increase your quota by earning it
Finally, you can find more info about how much space is being taken up by regular/shared folders and how much is available by navigating to your Plan tab
