Automatically billed for Dropbox for more storage but still says basic

I’ve had Dropbox pro for a long time but it says that it’s only Dropbox basic and that’s it’s full but my billing is current and it won’t let me upgrade again because it’s current. How do I fix it?

As this is billing related, I would like to move us over to our Support channel so that I can look into this further with you.

and pick an answer to the question listed.
