How did you cancel the account?

And unfortunately nobody here can help as this is an account specific issue you need to contact support at www.dropbox.com/support and then track at http://dropbox.zendesk.com

Hey there @KAWingate - apologies for the tardy response, are you still having issues with this?

In the meantime, bear in mind that you can cancel your subscription through your plan's tab on your account's settings.

Also, if you subscibe through Apple or Google, you must cancel your plan through those services, and not through Dropbox. 

 

So, if you happen to be a subscriber through Apple, this link should help:
