I was told via Chat that the Professional Plan allowed me 3 users. I upgraded but can't see how to add the three users.
This is after a Business Plan trail where Dropbox kept freezing and disconnecting my Chat (Friday May 10).

So I was mislead on Chat because I specifically indicated the Professional Plan.
Also, because I trialed the Business Plan then cancelled because of system crashes, I can't trial that version again.
I suggest speaking to sales again (maybe via phone?) and explain the issue and see if you can get a new trial OR you could of course just use a diff email address....
