Can't change password

New member | Level 2

I get the message that my password expired. So i follow the instruction to change but the page doesn't respond. So i have to send a link to my email to change. However, the link dropbox send me is a blank page and there is no information at all.

What's wrong with the dropbox? How can I change my password?

I try to submit a ticket with the following link:

However, I can't choose anything and there is a error occur and i can't submit. I am using chrome and I don't think this is a browser problem.

Try using www.dropbox.com/support instead slightly smiling face

The link that @Mark posted will get you to submit a support ticket. 

I’m interested in the blank page that our password-reset email has led you to. Have you tried opening the link in a different web browser?
