Cancellation of upgrade instructions not working

I have followed the steps provided, but not working.  I recently was warned I was out of space, and upgraded with more space.  I'd like to cancel this upgrade and must do so by tomorrow.  Can I please speak with a human?

Hello @kellyhallett. No worries, I will help you cancel this today! 

If you are on a Business team account, you will find the number for Support in your Admin console and the "Help" tab. Here is a direct link: https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/help?role=work

If you are on another type of subscription follow the steps offered here, but this time try them from an incognito window/private browsing window. winking face
