Cancelled Dropbox Business account, but can't get a refund?

I went in to renew my subscription to Dropbox and decided to purchase Dropbox Business, but after it charged my account, I realized the actual cost of the plan, so I cancelled it. I'm trying to figure out how to get that money refunded. Any help would be great!! Thanks!

As billing inquiries are best handled through our Official Channels, I'd urge you to log a ticket so we can look into this for you.

You can do so from the following page:

https://www.dropbox.com/support

Let me know the ticket's ID once you do so I can locate the ticket on our system and get on it asap. Thanks!
