Cancelling an individual subscription

Hello Dropbox Team,

I want to cancel my subscription for dropbox ($9.99 monthly is deducting from my amex card) since last two months and I dont want to contiue paying without using the dropbox storage.

I purchased it from dropbox site and not able to see cancel subscription option as going to my profile>settings>Plan is only giving me upgrade option not cancellation.

I have paid for this month however want someone to STOP deducting amount from my card going forward.

HELP!!

I just want to cancel - this seems to be the hardest thing to do when using Dropbox!

I've followed instructions and still no joy. Try to email and have to give payment details etc.  Just remove my account and payment details - thanks

No one here can do that for you. You need to cancel the subscription yourself. If you signed up through the Dropbox website, you need to click the Cancel plan link at the bottom of your Plan page, or you can visit the Downgrade page. If you signed up through your mobile phone and an in-app purchase, you need to cancel the subscription through the app store on your device (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.).

Failing those options, you'll need to contact Support directly.

Hey again @Whiteway, kindly note that the cancellation should be a few clicks away, however because you’ve mentioned that you’re facing an issue following the recommended steps, I’ve now made sure to create a ticket on our system on my end.
