Cannot delete business account

Hello. I have two Dropbox accounts, and I'm trying to cancel one of them, which apparently has no files in it, to avoid confusion. However, I get a 500 error page when I sign in, but it apparently signs me in. After that, I cannot access Files, Admin Console or Home (same 500 error). Can you help me delete this account (and confirm there are no files stored there?)

Hey there @ashley_putbiz - welcome to our Community!

I'm sorry to hear about this issue; could you try to cancel your trial first through another browser (or an incognito window) and then try to delete it?

Hi, Walter. When I tried to log in again, Admin Console was available, so I was able to cancel the trial and delete this account. Thanks so much for the help!
