Dropbox Business Advanced Is Full

I backup from a NAS to my Dropbox Business Advanced account.

My NAS is giving a message saying it cannot backup as my quota is full and if I look at the account online it says "Your plan has scheduled changes that will cause your Dropbox to become full". I haven't asked for my account to change.

Hey network-london, I’ve made sure to reply to you on your email request, so please have a look at your inbox whenever you get a chance & I’ll make sure to promptly follow-up with you asap. 
 
Please note that the base price for Dropbox Business includes 3 TB of pooled storage for 3 users, and for each additional user, we will automatically add 1 TB to your storage limit. If you get close to your quota, we'll be happy to increase it free of additional charge. 
 
As you’ve mentioned that you have a Dropbox Business Advanced plan (& assuming that you’re the team admin), please keep in mind that you can access phone & chat support through your admin console, therefore should you ever reach your limit, you can call in to us & we’ll bump up your space on the fly.
