Dropbox still charging after cancellation?

I cancelled my paid account in November, but I see that Dropbox is still charging me.

 

How do I get Dropbox to actually stop charging me, and the charges refunded?

I have obviously checked my account, and invoices stop from November, and my plan is the basic one.

Hey @Lars P. - thanks for checking in with us on the Dropbox Community!

If you don’t recognize a Dropbox charge on your credit card, you can look up the email address and payment date associated with it with our credit card charge lookup tool.

If you have any trouble looking the charges up or you need further help with this, I'd be more than happy to send you a ticket.
