Email associated with my account is not active and I do not know my password.

I am trying to change my email to my current and active email but I need my password, which I do not have and I am not sure how to change my password because the email on file no longer exsists.  How do you update your email and change your password?  I have not been able to reach an actual customer service person.

Hi there, the only way to change the email address on your account is to enter the existing password.

If you don’t know the password or have access to the email address, then it won’t be possible to change the email, since you’ll need to reset the password, which will only go to the original email.

Is there any chance you can request from the email provider to temporarily re-enable your address to allow you to reset the password, or perhaps have any messages sent there to be forwarded to another email address?
