Extra TerrorByte, and a Tax invoice that I don't understand

New member | Level 2

An extra TerraByte of storage, wow, talk about the luck of the Irish! No correpondence to tell me in advance that I will be getting extra storage (I was using a whopping 2% of my 1 Tb space, now I'm on 1.1% used of 2 Tb), and now I have an invoice thats somewhat confusing.

I pay on annual subscription, paid in April, now it seems to be wanting to charge again. But wait, there is a prorated refund, and looks like a credit... or not. ???

Is anybody else confused? Please explain
