Help! Fraudulent Deletion Of My Account!

HELP!!!! My Account was Fraudulently Accessed on 07/17/2019 and then the person Deleted my account. This is the ONLY location where these files were stored. I am in DESPERATE NEED to get All of my file recovered!!!!!!!

I also had a year of the 2TB Upgrade and now that is also gone.

Hello There @Daphne

Thank You SOOOOOOO Very Much Daphne!!!!!!! I will provide any information that is needed. If they can see the activity from 07/16, they will hopefully see that my account was accessed at 8:34 with an (SAST) time zone. that would be 2:34 my time (EDT). Somehow I missed this alert because I myself was active on my account and not knowing that the "SAST" was telling me a Time Zone. The next day, 07/17, I recieved a notification that my account was Deleted. PANICKING.......I instantly went to my account to see if I could stop or reverse what had just happened. It wanted me to sign back in. But when I did, it was like i started a brand new account.

I have a feeling that the person that accessed my account from the "SAST" Time Zone downloaded things from my account prior to Deleting my account from me. I am now wondering if I will recieve a message from this person trying to Ransom my files for Money!!! PLEASE!!!! If there is anything that your team can do for me to get all of my files back, I would be ETERNALY Greatful and Loyal to Dropbox FOREVER!!!!!!!

Hi FireScorpion, you might find the Dropbox Rewind tool handy, assuming that you haven't made any important changes to those files since the incident.
