I can't find my account

I had a Drop Box Professional Account with some very important files in it. I paid for the first month and then it automatically came out of my checking account for the second month. I was waiting for it to come out again and remembered that my debit card had been stolen and that I needed to enter my new payment information. It was supposed to be debited on the 17th of January. Today is the 19th and my account says Basic. Please tell me that my files are somewhere and that I can give you my new card information and continue with my Drop Box Professional!

Dropbox doesnt downgrade that quickly, and even if it does downgrade it does not delete files - it just stops you adding more to them. So, it sounds like the account you are accessing is NOT the one that had the files in it. 

You can see what files the account you are using now had at www.dropbox.com/events as that'll show whats happened to them.

I can not find my active account.  I think I have two.  I need help please
