I'm concerned that someone has logged in to my Dropbox account.

If a user loggs into dropbox and claims he can see all my files how does one fix that?

Hey @CloudCFO, I'll do my best to advise! 
 
Off the top of my head, I’d suspect that either of the scenarios below applies:
 
  • If you’ve accidentally shared a folder with them with these files, you could remove their access. 
  • They can access a connected device or you’ve accidentally left a browsing session signed in to your Dropbox account. If so, you can sign them out of this session from your Security tab.

Thankyou jane, I did not knowinly grant access to all my files, i just granted them accees to the file I shared with them.. So not sure If i made some other bone head mistake..

If so, then removing their access should help you get that sorted.
