I'm getting a message that I'm full but I have a Plus plan?

New member | Level 2

I have purchased a 2TB dropbox personal plan.  But my Macbook Pro shows in the finder app that on 20GB is available and it is full.   I can't save any additional information.   How do I get access to my 2TB plan?

Hi there @barrettky

Welcome to the Dropbox Community! I'd be more than happy to help look into this.

Initially, if you're not seeing the relevant space being reported on your desktop app, could you try rebooting your device? Maybe that will do the trick.

If it doesn't, could you please clarify if your Dropbox account is reporting that you're running out of space via the website or if you're seeing the message on your computer?

A screenshot (without any personal info) of this would be very helpful too.

Let me know what you find!
