If you originally subscribed on the Dropbxo website, the link to cancel will be at the bottom of the Plan page.
If you started your subscription from within the Dropbox app on a mobile device, you need to manage your subscription through the app store/subscription settings on that device.
How did you initially subscribe to Dropbox? Was it through the Dropbox website? What plan are you on; Plus, Professional, etc.? You can see this information on your Plan page.
If you can, provide a screenshot of the page you see, being sure to exclude any private information.
Also, if you only have the Basic plan, then you don't have a subscription to cancel, and no Cancel link would be available. Only paid plans have a subscription.
