I shut my account down but I'm still being charged?

I SHUT MY ACCOUNT DOWN 60days and i am still being billed for this service.i am calling my financial institution tomorrow morning and have a total 30.oo plus tax put against your company.funds that I PAY TO GOOGLE IS A DIFFERENTSUBJECT ALL IN IT SELF.I HAVE CONSULTED SEVRELAR PEOPLE THROUGH FORUMS I AM INVOLVED IN AND THROUGH THEM ,I FOUND BOUT TO DECIEVE DISABLED PEOPLE MOST OF ALL.CALLONG GOOGLE NOW AND HAVING THIS DELT WITH THROUGH THEM.

If you're still being charged, you either didn't fully cancel your subscription or perhaps you're being billed for another account you weren't aware of. You can look up the charge to confirm that account that it's associated with.

Are you still able to sign-in to the account? If so, it hasn't been cancelled. Go through the steps of downgrading your account.

Failing that, you can contact Support for assistance. They'll be able to check yoru account to ensure it's been cancelled.

Sorry to hear about this experience. I understand that you might have been charged via an application on your phone for Dropbox. Here are the steps to cancel Appstore or iTunes Dropbox purchases:

Note pushpin We are unable to see charges or Dropbox accounts, to help with billing directly from Community for privacy reasons.
