I upgraded to a paid subscription, why isn't it showing on my account?

This morning I purchased an upgrade to 2 TB which I needed to use ASAP. Nothing shows, and it's not allowing me to upload the file. 

How long does it take until my upgrade is available?

Otherwise I don't quite see the point of the purchase and quite frankly I would appreciate the refund after cancelling my direct debit

The upgrade should be immediately reflected in your account. Since this is a billing related issue and we would need to discuss some sensitive info, I’ve reached out through our Support channel to the email address associated with your Community profile.
