I've lost my upgrade. Can you help me locate it?

I had a personal and business accounts linked, and want to change the email on my business account.  I unlinked the accounts, and the space upgrade I just purchased disappeared.  how do I fix this or who do I talk to?

Hey there @worker42 - sorry to hear about this. 

We'll first need to locate the account you recently upgraded. To do this, can you try our self serve look up tool to find out to which account the charge for your upgrade relates to and try to log into that account? 

If for any reason you don't remember your password, or you need to reset it, you can visit our website here:

Please enter the email address associated with your upgraded Dropbox account (the email address you found when using our look up tool). You'll then receive an email from with the steps to reset your password.

If you don't receive an email after a reasonable amount of time, please check your spam folder to ensure that is not blocked. You can also add to your address book and request another password reset email.

Let me know what you find and note that for more account specific assistance you can always log a ticket with our team so we can help out with all of our tools available.
