I want to cancel my subscription but I don't have access to my account

There is no way to contact these people.  I started a chat and when they saw what I was asking "Daniel" deleted the chat at least 3 times.  I have an account that I have been continously charged for over a year and I have not owned that business for over a year.  I need this cancelled and my money refunded.  Please advise

Also, I cannot sign into that account that I am being billed for because I do not have the login info as another business took it over.

Hi @chodsden, sorry to hear about that. 

Since you mention that you contacted our Support team, could you please provide me with the ticket ID (it should be a seven digit number, eg. #1234567)?

If you don't find one, please let me know and I can send you a ticket to the email associated with your Community profile.

Thanks....don't have a ticket ID....chat person closed chat several times and wouldn't talk to me after I explained what my issue was.
