My subscription haven’t been working and I can’t fix it

Hey guys I have been having iPhone and subscription to DropBox premium since many years ago.

One day my card was full so the payment could be process and my subscription was suspended but then when y paid my card, the subscription was debited like always and they continue charging but I never got my premium service again. I’ve been paying premium for nothing in the last few months and when I try to renew my subscription from the app it says: that I’m already subscribed!
I tried to reinstall the app and nothing.

Please guys help.

At first, let me say I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your iOS subscription.

Could you kindly try to restore your purchase from your Dropbox app on your Apple device? In order to do so, please follow the below steps:

  • In your Dropbox app, tap Account (or Personal if you have paired accounts).
  • Tap on the gear icon at the top of your screen to access your settings.
  • Tap on "Restore purchases".

This should activate your last upgrade.

If you can't see "Restore purchase" this means that your app isn't up to date. You will need to update your Dropbox app from the App Store on your device and try again.
