As per your suggestion, after Clearing the browser's cache "delete account" started working fine.

I am again started facing same issue. This time I tried your all solutions but it did not work.
I am providing you steps to reproduce this issue , please let me know if you need further details.
Login to DropBox system.
Go to Admin console .
Then select Members.
From list select the user you want to delete.
From settings tab select Delete member Option.
Click on Delete and check the error massage : There was a problem compliting this request.
Can you let me know which web browsers you've tried to perform this action on? It would be worth checking if you have any pending updates for your browser since Dropbox works best on the most recent versions of most modern browsers.
If your browser is up to date, then would you mind if I reached out to the email address associated with your Community profile so that we can do some further investigation?

Its erratic in behavior ! But its resolved now.
I was using Google chrome Browser and one of the reason cloud be pending updates. But its working now.
