Personal Folders stored on team Dropbox. Cant get at them now because dropbox is full/not synching

I set up my dropbox  as part of a team.   Therefore it contains "team folders".  Since I was running out of space on my hard drive, I moved some large folders into the dropbox root (i.e. NOT inside team folders).  But now I can't get at them because I've used all my space and so dropbox has quit synching.  i'd be happy to upgrade but I can't remember my username OR my password.  Can you help me retrieve my account and the folders I stored on dropbox?

If you don’t have any space available in your Dropbox account, syncing will stop. This means that you won’t be able to add new content and edits made to files won’t be applied to the website and other connected devices. However, you should still be able to access and download your files. 
 
  • A device you linked to your account.
  • Through a folder you shared.
  • Through your payment information if you purchased a subscription.
Finally, if you forgot your Dropbox password, you can reset it by visiting this page and, if that doesn’t work for you, you can check out this article for some additional suggestions.
