Possible Spam sent to me? via Dropbox

Helpful | Level 6

I received an email sharing of a file yesterday - the file was allegedly a Build.exe [see picture] but from someone I dont' know = so I figure it's spam or something nefarious.  I didn't click on it, I believe but I can't delete it either or send to Dropbox to investigate.  How can I delete it??Screen Shot 2018-05-16 at 10.00.42 AM.png

Then choose "I am not familiar with the person or document", and click "Remove".
