Post-hoc referral space?

New member | Level 2

I've been working with an undergraduate student and asked him to install Dropbox so we could share and sync files quickly, however I forgot about the referral bonus space system.

Is there any way I can get credit for referring him after the fact? It's been about a month or so I believe.

Re: Post-hoc referral space?

Hey there @jmgreenb
In order to earn extra space by inviting your friends to try out Dropbox, you need to send them the referral and then the user will need to complete a few steps before you both receive bonus space.
If you have any further question or you’d like to have a more in-depth look into this though, you can always contact our Support team and they’ll do their best to assist you on the matter.
