Referral status not visible

Dropbox status of referrals is not visible. Page links are broken. Kindly check on this. Thanks.

As is the way of viewing it via https://www.dropbox.com/account/plan

Current way to check status for all the users is:

https://www.dropbox.com/account

 

Then click plan.

Dropbox claims that, below a words called, earn more space, it shows status of all users.
Unfortunately, this space is empty.

Dropbox goes to a page:

https://www.dropbox.com/referrals

 

There is a line which says,

Once you’ve invited friends, you can view the status of your referrals or visit our Help Center if you have any questions.

 

Unfortunately, when one clicks, view the status of your referral, it should ideally show the status of all of them at once, which used to happen a few years ago, when Dropbox was using old site.
This issue started when they did the upgrade. Its been a disaster after that.

The referral status checker has always shown them as one at a time when submitting an email.

The list of all referrals is now available on the Plans page by clicking show more.

If it isnt working for you what browser you using and version?

There is nothing like show more option.

I have tried it in Firefox, Chrome.
I have tried in direct and private browsing as well. 
It is not working since months now.

Several users have reported this problem, still Dropbox couldn't solve it.

Dropbox upgraded their website to a malfunctioning website.

What was the need to upgrade the website? I don't understand.

Hi @rajhanschinmay, can you please try the following? Go to the Plans page first, then click the next tab which is Security just next to Plans. And then again, click the Plans tab. It's strange, but this way it worked for me on Safari.

It failed once, After some time, I tried, it worked once. I tried again next day, it did not work.
not a reliable solution. It is depending on the luck. Thanks.

It's working consistently for me. I simply go to the Plan page and click the View more earned space link.
