Trying to cancel trial subscription

I can't find any trial subscription in my subscriptions in the menu of the Google play store. The reminder email also states there is no refund once account is charged. I've been trying to cancel this trial for two weeks

Hey there @MAM1951 - sorry to hear you're having issues with cancelling your trial that was initiated through your mobile's app store.

Can you confirm that you're following these steps?

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
  2. Tap the three horizontal lines (Menu) in the upper left corner.
  3. Check to make sure you’re signed in to the Google account you used to purchase the subscription.
  4. Tap Subscriptions.
  5. Tap Dropbox.
  6. Tap Cancel subscription.
  7. Select a reason why you’re canceling and tap Continue.
  8. Tap Cancel subscription or Cancel trial.
  9. You’ll receive an email to your Google account to confirm your cancellation, and your account will downgrade to Dropbox Basic (free) at the end of your billing cycle.

this isn't my problem I have tried to cancel the free trial subscription dropbox plus for over to weeks. Walter in the community was trying to help me and I sent screen shots of the process I was following but he doesn't seem to get them. No google has charged me. there were no subscriptions in my subscription tab when I went to the menu and clicked on subscriptions. I followed the instruction which sent me in a circle for two weeks.

Sorry to hear you're still having issues with this Mary. 

As you've already got charged for your in-app subscription and due to the way these are handled, I'll have to redirect you back to the app store you used in order to pursue a refund.
