Unable to upgrade plans on safari

Explorer | Level 3

I logged onto my account using Safari on my Mac, my plan is Dropbox Plus, however I am trying to upgrade to "For Teams - Standard". But, when I click on "Purchase Now", it simply takes me back to my Files and nothing happens. 

Any ideas?

Hi there, sorry to hear about this, could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? 
 
Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely. 
 
Are you currently on a free team, which should have one team folder on the account?

Hi Jay, thanks for the advice. I tried the above but alas, it didnt work. Have tried to contact the help desk but nothing from them either. Really not sure what to do now. Seems I may have to set up a whole new dropbox account rather than upgrade my current one.

I don’t think it would be necessary to start a whole new account to upgrade!
 
Would it be okay if we reach out to the email address associated to your forum profile to investigate this further?
