Upgrade from Plus to Professional hasn't taken effect

I have paid for an upgrade from Plus to Professional (payment has been deducted - confirmed) but the upgrade has not taken effect.  It's been around 5 hours, and I really need to put SmartSync in action!  I've read the upgrade should be immediate?  Dropbox Chat Support is unavailable on weekends.  Can anyone offer advice?

Can you please check your Plan page here, the upgrade should be immediate in your account so let me know if you see your plan as Professional here?
 
You should then be able to see the smart sync options by right clicking your files within your Dropbox folder.

I am having the same issue....I purchased PLUS via Apple Store, and then I upgraded to professional ( annual payment made from Credit Card in Apple Store "manage Subscriptions" - and my account in Dropbox.com is showing as Plus Trial still...

 

I really need advacned Link management - hence the professional upgrade.

Please advise

You need to contact Apple @bobvokey as they are the people holding your money and who should have processed it.
