Using business account

New member | Level 2

I have a business account and I'm trying to move my photos to it from my four devices. My free account is filled up. Can not get the business account to update.

Hey there @Philledger - sorry to hear you're having issues with moving your files between your accounts.

Just to make sure we're troubleshooting the correct thing, can you let me know the steps you take to do this and if you're getting any errors along the way? If you do, please send me a screenshot so I can have a visual too.

If you're not seeing your paid subscription's additional space by any chance please make sure you are logged into the proper account.

You can do this from your Dropbox desktop application by following these steps:

  1. Click the Dropbox icon in your system tray/menu bar
  2. Click on your profile picture or initials to the right of the search bar
  3. Click "Preferences"
  4. Access the account tab and check the email associated with the account.

If you'd like to check which account you are logged onto in the website, please follow these steps:

  1. Click the drop-down arrow on the top right corner of the Dropbox website
  2. Click "Settings"
  3. Check the email associated with your account.
