Hello! 

There is 2.2 Gb space in my Dropbox account, which I can use on my PC. 46% is free.

I also used the same Dropbox account on my phone. But now I see on my phone that there is no more free space on my account.

How can I use my account on phone?

Dropbox desktop and mobile application cant sync

dropbox on all the accounts of my team folder is not syncing, the problem occured today, noting that no account has a full dropbox.

 

dropbox is accessible on the web however all applications are blocked

Hey ElieSafi, sorry to hear that you’re unable to access your files, let’s look into that together! 
 
If you can access your account on the web normally, can you let me know where the discrepancy is located for you &/or your colleagues/ friends? Are you getting any error messages? I’d appreciate a screenshot (omitting personal info) of what you’re seeing in your next message here, so as to get a better idea of what’s happening.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

 

the problem started this morning when i tried to scan a document through dropbox application on adroid (samsung galaxy ssmiling face with sunglasses and i got a message saying that my dropbox is too full (check photo).

first thing i did i checked my office team members usages through the website online and i didnt spot any account which is 100% (check photo).

then i noticed that the drpbox icon in the system tray is greyed out and keeps having the status "Starting" all the time, then i checked my team members dropboxes applications on their computers and notied the same problem.

 

i thought the problem was related to the internet connection however i have full access to internet, i then thought the problem might be some restriction done by the ISP so i connected my computer to another Internet source from a completely different ISP and still the same problem.

 

also note that my cellular phone is connected through cellular data and still the same problem... nothing can be synced on dropbox.

 

thank you for following up the issue since we rely on dropbox in our business and we are now kind of out of service.

Dropbox Plus out of space

I have deleted a lot of photos iand files in my dropbox plus but still no space available. When I check remaining space in my subscription still I have almost 400GB. But I cannot upload photos and files. It always showing dropbox is full. Can you help me guys find a solution to fix this.
