Why is there no customer support links on my Dropbox home webpage?

Helpful | Level 5

Seems kind of ridiculous that I need to use Google to find Customerservice.

Re: Why is there no customer support links on my Dropbox home webpage?

Hey there @Graybell,
You can contact Dropbox Support from our official page here. Just to note as well, in the bottom right corner of the web page anywhere in your account, you can click the “…” and choose “Contact us” to be taken to our official page also.
You can also click the "?" in the bottom right to be taken to our Help Center to view articles which can be helpful with an issue you may be having.
However, I’d be more than happy to pass along your suggestion to our dev team for consideration to perhaps make this more apparent.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with - Cheers!
