I have a personal and business pc dropbox accounts and do know both my 2 email addresses and the passwords but dropbox will not take me to the login page after I asked for security reasons for all members to be requested to reset  passwords on next login.  Instead access has been blocked to the login pages for all .  My iphone  shows a business account with my personal email address and invites me to add a personal dropbox account!

Have you tried using an Incognito / InPrivate mode browser session?

Sometimes cookies are stored which cause confusion. Using an incognito session doesn't allow cookies from previous sessions, so it's a good thing to try.

If that works, then clear your cookies on your browsers (desktop and mobile) and you should have it solved.
